With over 48 years of experience in community development, personal growth, and coaching, Sheila has committed her life to uplifting women through life’s transitions—whether they are rebuilding after setbacks, pursuing new careers, or rediscovering their self-worth.
She believes every woman already possesses the power she needs — sometimes she just needs guidance, clarity, and someone who believes in her until she believes in herself.

Our Impact
During the Brick Installation Ceremony, The VIP Women's Empowerment Conference was honored at the Sentara Brock Cancer Center in Norfolk, VA. A brick was installed in their garden, commemorating our commitment to supporting those affected by cancer and honoring the strength and resilience of survivors.
Since its inception, the VIP Women's Empowerment Conference has made a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Through its annual conferences and fundraising efforts, we have distributed proceeds to various organizations making a difference in our communities.
